Three this week. Pat up 3.5.

Eagles (Josh) vs Ravens (Pat)
Patriots (Josh) vs Dolphins (Pat)
Falcons (Josh) vs Panthers (Pat)
Pittsburgh over Cincinatti (as my voicemail indicated)

Eagles over Ravens
Yes, the tied - the Bengals. But they're a better team, have played tougher teams than the Ravens (who only seem to get wins against grind 'em out teams). Eagles.

Browns over Texans
This would have been an easier call had I been forced to make it 12 weeks ago.

Bucs over the Lions
God the Lions have never been good.

Bills over Chiefs

Bears over Rams
Hmmm, the team that lost 37-3 last week, or the team that lost 47-3 two weeks ago? Jesus. I really hope this doesn't count, because Christ this game will be awful. Bears.

Titans over Jets
I thought about this one long and hard. And then I thought, better safe than sorry. You're likely to pick the Titans, so I will too. Basically, I think the Jets have lost to Oakland, while the Titans haven't lost.

Patriots over Dolphins (I actually wrote "dolphines", which is funny if you say it in a horrible French accent)Ok, i thought long and hard about this. The Dolphins toasted the Patriots in week three. That's when the Wildcat was unveiled. They racked up 450 yards of offence, and didnt commit a single turnover.
This time around, I think that ol' Billy and his boys will be ready. But they have injury troubles on that defence, notably at LB. Then again, Jerod Mayo had 20 tackles last week (20!).
Cassell has matured since then. He threw for 400 yards last week, mostly short outs. Still, this is a team that I think can come in, cut the bullshit, and win in Miami, which wont be able to catch the Pats by surprise.
New England.

Vikings over Jacksonville
The Vikings have only won one game away from home this season. Funny, the Jags have only won one at home.
Jags lost to Cinci a little while back. Whoa. This is not the team it once was. Get on your horse, Adrian. Vikings.

Dallas over San Francisco
Romo's back. Cowboys.

Denver over Oakland
This has to be the limping game of the week. Both these teams have ridiculously long injury lists. Still, Broncos.

Atlanta over Carolina
This is a simple home-record, away-record decision. Carolina is 2-2 on the road, Atlanta hadn't lost at home until last week. Falcons. Common Ryan.

Giants over Cardinals
These teams both keep winning, but look at who they're beating. Giants.

Washington over Seattle
What happened to the Seahawks? Redskins.

Indianapolis over San Diego
Colts are playing like the Colts of old. So, Colts.

Green Bay over New Orleans
Common Farv.. erm, Rodgers. Packers.

Thursday, November 20, 2008

Okay.
Up 3 and a half with 6 weeks to go.
Steelers over Bengals
Ravens over Eagles
Browns over Texans
Bucs over Lions
Bills over Chiefs
Bears over Rams
Titans over Jets
Dolphins over Patriots
Vikings over Jaguars
Cowboys over 49ers
Broncos over Raiders
Panthers over Falcons
Giants over Cardinals
Redskins over Seahawks
Colts over Chargers
Packers over Saints

Good luck!

And we're back to Pat +3.5. I will catch up!

We should start playing proline. I'm not sure, but I feel as if we're generally more accurate this year than last, when there were some weeks in which we'd literally have been better off to file our picks, and then actually pick the opposite team in each game.

Sunday, November 16, 2008

That's a split for the first set. Now it's up to San Francisco and the Rams.

And apparently I bet on the "Beats" in the entry below. Go beats!

Saturday, November 15, 2008

Three this week.
Vikings (patrick) vs Tampa (Josh)
Beats (josh) vs Green Bay (Patrick)
Rams (Patrick) vs. San Francisco (Josh)

Pat+4.5 is the score going in to today. Good luck!
Josh's picks.

Broncos at Atlanta
Falcons are undefeated at home, Ryan continues to produce, and jesus the broncos have problems. Falcons.

Detroit at Carolina
Panthers

Philly at Cinci
Eagles.

Saints at KC
The Chiefs keep losing tight games, but I still don't want to pick them. Saints.

Baltimore at New York
Giants

Minny at Bucs
Cadillac's back! Tampa.

Oakland at Miami
Fins.

Chicago at Green Bay.
Toughest call of the week. Packers keep losing, Chicago will run through a Barnett-less D, which should be enough to overcome what will undoubtedly be a big day for Rodgers. Bears.

Houston at Indy
Colts playing like the Colts again.

Rams at 49ers
San Francisco.

Arizona at Seattle.
Cardinals.

Tennessee at Jacksonville
This would be a crazy pick I'd make if leading, but I'll play it safe and take the Titans.

San Diego at Pittsburgh
Ben vs. last-ranked pass defence; Willie Parker coming back; at home. I thought about this for a while, but I will take the Steelers.

Dallas At Washington
I like Dallas with Romo back, especially with Shawn Springs and Clinton Portis injured. Cowboys.

Cleveland at Buffalo
The Bills are slipping (there's panic here in the Golden Horseshoe) and Cleveland looked good before collapsing last week. I will stick with 'em. Browns.

Thursday, November 13, 2008

Swamped at work again. Will take Pats, post picks later. What's with Thursday games? Fuck.

Wednesday, November 12, 2008

Pats over Jets
Falcons over Broncos
Panthers over Lions
Eagles over Bengals
Saints over Chiefs
Giants over Ravens
Vikings over Bucs
Dolphins over Raiders
Packers over Bears
Colts over Texans
Rams over 49ers
Cardinals over Seahawks
Titans over Jaguars
Steelers over Chargers
Cowboys over Redskins
Cleveland over Buffalo

Sunday, November 09, 2008

Pat up 4.5. Fuck you and your last-minute comebacks... arrrgh!

Thursday, November 06, 2008

Minny-Green Bay is the only other one.

Of course our two teams are the only games that count. Did I tell you I bought Bronco slippers?
Bitter-sweet Thursday. Back down 3.5

New Orleans at Atlanta
Falcons are undefeated at home. Atlanta.

Tennessee at Bears
Titans.

Jacksonville at Detroit
Should be Jags. Might not be, but I'll take them

Batimore at Houston
Ravens.

Seattle at Miami
Dolphins.

Packers at Vikings
Tough one. Green Bay.

Buffalo at New England
Patriots

Rams at Jets
Jets

Carolina at Oakland
Nexxxt.

Indy at Pittsburgh
This is a time where home-field matters

KC at San Diego
Coming off a bye and at home, Chargers.

Giants at Eagles
I may have taken a swing here, but with Lito and Dawkins out, Giants.

San Fran at Arizona
Worst Monday-nighter ever.
Woot!
Back up 3.5, the lucky way.
But wow, Quinn looked good.
As i said in my text, I'll take the browns but am swamped and will pick rest of week later tonight

Wednesday, November 05, 2008

I retract my Thursday pick!
After learning that Quinn is starting, I now choose THE BRONCOS.
Cleveland over Denver
Atlanta over New Orleans
Tennessee over Chicago
Jacksonville over Detroit
Baltimore over Houston
Miami over Seattle
Minnesota over Green Bay
New England over Buffalo
Jets over St. Louis
Carolina over Oakland
Pittsburgh over Indy
San Diego over Kansas City
Giants over Philly
Arizona over San Fran

Tuesday, November 04, 2008
